We wanted to create a synth that makes the fun and beauty of synthesizer sound design accessible to players of all experience levels. We reduced the number of controls to a minimum, while retaining the variety and flexibility that make exploring sounds on a synthesizer such a special musical experience. The result is WonderSynth: a synthesizer that is simple enough for a child, but robust enough for an experienced musician. It has only 6 knobs, yet it retains the vast range of sounds that synths are known for.
